On August 11, 2022, an extended meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held with the participation of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the Interdepartmental Commission (headquarters) for the implementation of measures to reduce tax debts to the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a regular meeting of the balance commission for working with debtors to pay taxes on supervised types of economic activity. The commission was also attended by Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov, Head of the Economics Department Lilia Gayzetdinova, representatives of SMART MEDIA LLC and Artrade-Service LLC and RODINA FIRM LLC.

Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with information about the boundaries of settlements, territorial zones, boundaries of subjects, etc. is an important task. The presence of such information in the register will ensure the effective management of land resources and compliance with the requirements of the law when conducting cadastral registration of real estate.

In this regard, ongoing work is underway to collect materials and information, establish and clarify boundaries, and consultative meetings are held. Thus, the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan organized meetings with representatives of local governments to provide advice in the implementation of the project "Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the Necessary Information" for 2022-2024. Representatives of the State Budgetary Institution “Space Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” (a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan) also take part in the meetings.

The Department of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the schedules for the implementation of the Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography project "Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the Necessary Information" in the context of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, indicating the planned values ​​for the performance of work to identify the right holders of previously recorded real estate, information about which are contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

A plenary session of the event dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the formation of the non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held in the assembly hall of the ministry.

The third meeting of the Public Council under Federal service of state registration, cadastre and catrography took place in 2022. Its participants discussed legislative innovations and initiatives, the implementation of the state program "National System of Spatial Data", the creation of the Public Law Company "Roskadastr", as well as issues of cadastral activities.

In accordance with the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-ФЗ "On the State Cadastral Valuation" and the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1729-P dated June 4, 2021 "On the State Cadastral Valuation of Land Plots Located in 2022 on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan” the state cadastral valuation of land plots is currently being carried out on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Based on the results of determining the cadastral value of land plots, the state budgetary institution Center of State Cadastral Valuation prepared interim reporting documents in the form of an electronic document (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Report).
