The State Duma at a meeting introduced a rule establishing that personal data contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate can be provided to third parties only with the consent of the subject of such data.

As the head of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy Alexander Khinshtein noted, the document eliminates the existing legal conflict, when the basic law "On Personal Data" establishes that only the citizen himself can dispose of them, but "the law on the state register says that the data is open to any person." Now, according to the deputy, "the citizen will have the opportunity to both open this data and close it at any time."

The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiffs Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced auctions for the right to conclude lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties, with the exception of the right of economic management, the right of operational management, as well as the property rights of small and medium-sized businesses, intended to be provided on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and on preferential terms to were announced and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting were announced, as well as during the period of the experiment established by Federal Law of November 27, 2018№ 422-ФЗ “On conducting an experiment to establish a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”, for individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs and apply a special tax regime “Tax on professional income”

The term of the lease agreement is 6 years

The rent is:

– in the first year of the lease – 0 percent;

– in the second year of the lease – 0 percent;

– in the third year of the lease – 25 percent;

– in the fourth year of the lease – 50 percent;

– in the fifth year of the lease – 75 percent;

- in the sixth and subsequent years of the lease - 100 percent of the amount of the rent established on the basis of the assessment of the market value of the lease of the property.

Special purpose:

– for the production, processing or marketing of agricultural products;

– for the production of food and industrial goods, consumer goods, medicines and medical products;

- for the provision of communal and domestic services to the population;

- for the development of culture;

- for the development of folk art crafts;

– for the construction and reconstruction of social facilities;

– to carry out activities in the field of healthcare;

- for the development of physical culture and sports;

- to carry out activities in the field of education;

– for the development of domestic tourism;

- to engage in socially significant activities, other established state programs (subprograms) of the Russian Federation, state programs (subprograms) of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal programs (subprograms) priority activities.

Today, the head of the legal department Zulfat Galyautdinov, together with representatives of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia", the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Chamber of Lawyers of the Republic of Tatarstan provided free legal assistance to residents of the Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On July 14, 2022, the Ministry held a meeting of the Commission on Compliance with the Requirements for Official Conduct of State Civil Servants and Settlement of Conflicts of Interest chaired by Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin with the participation of public representatives.

The chief adviser of the department of anti-corruption checks of Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of anti-corruption policy Ruslan Muginov attended the meeting.

The Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov held a meeting in Moscow with the participation of the head of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and catrography Oleg Skufinsky on the creation of a national spatial data system and the implementation of the project “Filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the Necessary Information” in the regions of the Volga Federal District. The event was attended by the heads of the district's regions, representatives of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, as well as the Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography. Today, the meeting via videoconferencing on the issue of entering information on the borders between the constituent entities of the Russian Federation into the Unified State Register of Real Estate was held. The meeting was organized by the Department of Cadastral Works and Land Management of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.

Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a briefing with the participation of the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin and Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan Lilia Burganova.

Today, at the weekly meeting of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Director of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Airat Usmanov presented a report on the activities of the institution for the first half of 2022.

The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin reported on the progress in providing housing for orphans at a meeting in the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting via videoconferencing with all municipal districts. The Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in the work.
