The State Duma at a meeting introduced a rule establishing that personal data contained in the Unified State Register of Real Estate can be provided to third parties only with the consent of the subject of such data.
As the head of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy Alexander Khinshtein noted, the document eliminates the existing legal conflict, when the basic law "On Personal Data" establishes that only the citizen himself can dispose of them, but "the law on the state register says that the data is open to any person." Now, according to the deputy, "the citizen will have the opportunity to both open this data and close it at any time."
The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. The rent is:
– in the first year of the lease – 0 percent;
– in the second year of the lease – 0 percent;
– in the third year of the lease – 25 percent;
– in the fourth year of the lease – 50 percent;
– in the fifth year of the lease – 75 percent;
- in the sixth and subsequent years of the lease - 100 percent of the amount of the rent established on the basis of the assessment of the market value of the lease of the property.

– for the production, processing or marketing of agricultural products;
– for the production of food and industrial goods, consumer goods, medicines and medical products;
- for the provision of communal and domestic services to the population;
- for the development of culture;
- for the development of folk art crafts;
– for the construction and reconstruction of social facilities;
– to carry out activities in the field of healthcare;
- for the development of physical culture and sports;
- to carry out activities in the field of education;
– for the development of domestic tourism;
- to engage in socially significant activities, other established state programs (subprograms) of the Russian Federation, state programs (subprograms) of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipal programs (subprograms) priority activities.
