On July 8, 2022, Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev took part in a video conference meeting with the Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Airat Gatiyatov on the implementation of a project to build an educational campus in the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was also attended by representatives of the executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Tatarstan, rectors of republican universities.

Today, the meeting of the balance commission for work with tax debtors on supervised types of economic activity was held under the leadership of Fanil Agliullin. Natalya Ushakova, director of LUCH LLC, and Maxim Andreev, general director of LOGOS-PRESS LLC, were invited to the meeting.

On July 5, 2022, Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev via videoconference took part in a meeting on the implementation of municipal land control in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the organization of meetings of headquarters by the territorial departments of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance to improve the efficiency of municipal land control, chared by Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation A.V. Razin and with participation of Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) S.A. Dankvert.

Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision and its territorial bodies exercise their powers in relation to agricultural land, the turnover of which is regulated by the Federal Law of July 24, 2002 No. 101 - ФЗ “On the turnover of agricultural land”.

The Ministry takes part in the measures for the withdrawal of agricultural land due to their non-use, being the authorized body for applying to the court on issues of forced withdrawal from the owner.

Specialists of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan completed a pilot work on digitizing the areas of forest plantations in the Nizhnekamsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan based on orthophotomaps obtained from the Federal Spatial Data Fund and space imagery data.

As of June 30, 2022, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 3,635.73 million rubles. The budget assignment to the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of June 30, 2022 was completed by 856%.

The issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

Today, the meeting between the leadership of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the delegation of the Republic of Kalmykia, headed by the Minister for Land and Property of the Republic of Kalmykia Tserenov Erdni Nikolaevich was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin.

Today, a training seminar on the placement and content of sections of official websites of state bodies on the Internet on issues of combating corruption was held via videoconferencing.

The seminar was held by the head of the department for organizing the provision of free legal aid and planning of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilfat Mingalimov and the chief adviser of the anti-corruption monitoring department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption policy Alexander Lokhotskoy.

The Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan continues the cycle of training seminars. This time, the heads of the institution were given a lecture on the topic: “Combating corruption”.
