Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.
Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a balance commission as part of the reduction of tax debt to the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in the supervised industry. The commission reviewed the financial and economic activities of organizations that have tax debts, the reasons for their occurrence and maturity.
Borders between the subjects of the Russian Federation - the Republic of Tatarstan and the Chuvash Republic, as well as between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Bashkortostan have been established. In December last year, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan approved an agreement on establishing the location of the border between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Orenburg Region. According to the website of the Government of the Russian Federation, information about land and real estate, including information on rights and cadastral valuation, as well as spatial data will be combined on one digital platform. This will speed up and simplify the receipt of public services in the field of registration of rights to land and real estate for businesses and citizens. The Regulations on the National System of Spatial Data were approved by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

In the Republic of Tatarstan, work to establish the boundaries of settlements by amending the territorial planning schemes continues. To date, 30 municipal districts have entered into agreements with the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan on cooperation in establishing the boundaries of settlements through the territorial planning system.
Now the Fund is working on projects of 138 rural settlements, including 437 settlements of Agryzsky, Aznakaevsky, Aksubaevsky, Aktanyshsky, Alekseevsky, Alkeevsky, Almetevsky, Arsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Yelabuga, Novosheshminsky and Spassky municipal districts.

Yesterday, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Edik Diyarov, the meeting via videoconference to consider the financial and economic activities of municipal unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan (hereinafter referred to as MUE’s) based on the results of the 1st quarter of 2022 was held.
Thus, at the end of the 1st quarter of 2022, 114 municipal unitary enterprises were registered in the republic, of which 92 are operating, there is no activity in 10 municipal unitary enterprises, in the liquidation procedure of 9 and in the bankruptcy procedure of 3 enterprises.
Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov noted that, according to the analysis, the number of unprofitable enterprises at the end of the 1st quarter of 2022 amounted to 44 MUEs, and 21 MUEs with loans. The most unprofitable are municipal unitary enterprises in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Bugulminsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Nurlatsky and Nizhnekasmsky municipal districts. Municipal formations with the largest number of credited MUEs: Naberezhnye Chelny, Kazan, Aktanyshsky, Mendeleevsky and Nizhnekamsky municipal districts.
Department of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the interim results of the implementation of the Federal Law, which establishes the procedure for identifying the right holders of previously recorded real estate objects.
Recall that this Law (No. 518-ФЗ) entered into force on June 29, 2021. We are talking about objects, the rights to which arose before January 31, 1998 - before the entry into force of the law on state registration of real estate.
