Work to establish the border of the Republic of Tatarstan with neighboring regions continues.

The Republic of Tatarstan borders on 8 subjects of the Russian Federation. According to the results of the analysis of border discrepancies, specialists of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data of Fund the Republic of Tatarstan found over 570 problem areas. To date, all controversial points have been resolved, the process of agreeing on border options according to established rules continues.

State budgetary institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a training seminar “Preparation of the main urban planning documentation for the territory of the settlement”, in which the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin took part.

The seminar was conducted by Vladimir Kandalintsev, Head of the Territorial Planning Department of the State budgetary institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan. He spoke about the main aspects of master plans, land use and development rules, planning projects for the development of settlements. The presentation also explained in detail the stages in the development (adjustment) and approval of draft master plans and land use and building regulations.

Today, within the framework of the All-Russian educational project in the field of the digital economy, the Bolshepodberezinskaya secondary school of the Kaibitsky municipal district hosted another "Lesson of Digital" on the topic "Virtual and Augmented Reality".

This month, the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to begin work on the digitization of forest plantations in the Republic of Tatarstan to identify ownerless forests and abandoned agricultural (arable) land.

Yesterday in Kukmor, a meeting was held with the heads and heads of the executive committees of municipal districts, heads of rural settlements and farms, entrepreneurs of 11 municipalities that are part of the northern zone of the republic: Tyulyachinsky municipal districts. The zonal seminar-conference was held by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin.

Work continues on entering into the Unified State Register of Real Estate information about the boundaries of settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan. To date, the borders of 1,170 out of 3,119 settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan have been put on cadastral registration.

Situation

A person replaces the position of commander of a military unit of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation located in a territory remote from populated areas (hereinafter referred to as the commander of the unit), in which he also performs labor functions as a paramedic of the medical service of his spouse.

When his wife was hired, the commander of the unit notified his direct commander of the possibility of a conflict of interest. The notification was sent for consideration to the attestation commission authorized to consider the relevant notification (hereinafter referred to as the attestation commission).

In the course of consideration of the notification received by the attestation commission, it was established that, in accordance with the official regulations and the Charter of the Internal Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the commander of the unit is the sole commander, exercises control over the activities of all military and civilian personnel of the unit without exception, makes appointments to military positions, resolves issues related to the labor activity of civilian personnel, makes decisions on rewarding subordinates for special merits.

Today, in honor of the 77th anniversary of the Great Victory, employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the planting of coniferous seedlings in the forest fund of the Krasno-Oktyabrskoye district forestry of the Zelenodolsky district as part of the environmental action "Garden of Memory". Friendly work was facilitated by spring and sunny weather.

Issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

During the extended meeting of the Management Board, the Committee for Education and Vocational Training and the Expert Advisory Council of the Non-Profit Partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" on May 12, 2022, the participants heard a member of the Council for Appraisal Activities of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, President of the Union Andrey Lisichkin. The speaker announced that on May 30, 2022, the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy held a round table on the topic "Issues of legal regulation of valuation activities" via videoconference on the following (non-exclusive) issues: independence and objectivity of valuation, mandatory valuation, level of professionalism of appraisers, quality appraisals, appraisers' responsibility, appraisal peculiarities for business, public authorities and local governments, etc.
