The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced an auction for the right to conclude lease agreements for property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, free from the rights of third parties, with the exception of the right of economic management, the right of operational management, as well as property rights of small and medium-sized businesses (hereinafter - SMEs), designed to be provided on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and on preferential terms to SMEs and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting SMEs, as well as during the experiment period established by Federal Law No. 422 of November 27, 2018 - ФЗ "On conducting an experiment to establish a special tax regime" Tax on professional income "for individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs and applying a special tax regime" Tax on professional income "

The term of the lease agreement is 6 years

The rent is:

- in the first year of lease - 0 percent;

- in the second year of the lease - 0 percent;

- in the third year of the lease - 25 percent;

- in the fourth year of the lease - 50 percent;

- in the fifth year of the lease - 75 percent;

- in the sixth and subsequent years of lease - 100 percent of the amount of the lease, established based on the results of the assessment of the market value of the lease of the property.

By protocol, the participants supported the proposal of the President of the Union Andrei Lisichkin to send a petition to the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan to express gratitude to the Federal Resource Center for Management Training and employees of the Kazan Federal University for organizing the qualification exam site in Kazan.

 In connection with the upcoming professional holiday - the Day of the Appraiser of the Russian Federation - the Executive Directorate of the Union was instructed to organize traditional events taking into account restrictive measures with funding from targeted contributions. within the approved annual budget (financial plan) of the Union.

Regarding the implementation of the decisions of the expanded meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption, it was decided to agree, taking into account the proposals, the developed Roadmap "Activation of expert and consulting support of executive authorities and local self-government in the field of appraisal activities." The document presupposes an increase in the level of professionalism of the subjects of appraisal activity, the quality of appraisal, responsibility for the results of determining the market value of objects of state and municipal property (including the rights to these objects), requirements for executors of work for its determination.

Today, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the issue of establishing the border between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Udmurt Republic. Representatives of the Ministry of Property Management of Udmurtia also took part in the discussion via video link.

As of October 31, 2021, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 502.16 million rubles. The budget target for the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of October 31, 2021 was fulfilled by 127.55%.

In order to organize property support for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, within the framework of the implementation of the provisions of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in the Russian Federation", the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan approved a list of state property (hereinafter referred to as the List) for provision on the right of ownership and (or) use on a long-term basis and preferential terms for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and posted on the official website of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Every year, before November 1, the list is replenished with objects by at least 10 percent.
