Today, a meeting was held with representatives of Executive Committee of the municipality of Kazan and the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the organization of measures in the framework of the provisions of the Federal Law of 30.12.2020 No. 518-ФЗ, which establishes the procedure for identifying the copyright holders of previously taken into account of real estate.

Today, the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Arthur Galiev was held with the participation of representatives of the Association “Council of Municipal Education of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the chairmen of the chambers (administrations, committees) of land and property relations on improving the indicator B2 "The effectiveness of the procedures for registering a land plot for cadastral registration and quality of territorial planning."

At the next meeting of members of the board of non -profit partnership “Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the documents necessary for holding the general annual assembly of the members of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, which will be held on March 15, 2023. The meeting was attended by the head of the Assessment Department of the Ministry of Economicity of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Shvetsova.

As part of the development of the Republican program “National Spatial Data Systems of the Republic of Tatarstan”, the heads and responsible persons of the State Budgetary Institution “Fund for Spatial Data of the Republic of Tatarstan”, Kazan Federal University, Kazan State Agrarian University and “Republican Information and Computing Center” JSC were held. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Kiyamov.

Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin took part in the work of the 36th meeting of the Council of the Kaibitsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the head of the district of Albert Rakhmatullin.

Employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and subordinate institutions took part in the All -Russian mass race "Lyzhnya of Russia".

The issues of reducing debt and arrears of taxes are considered at the next meeting in video conferencing mode, the organizer of which is the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Yesterday, the meeting on the creation and storage of administrative and related documents of the Ministry of Land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in electronic form was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev.

The Federal Law of February 6, 2023 No. 13-ФЗ “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” was signed and officially published.

As of January 31, 2023, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of state property and land plots received by the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 38.96 million rubles. The budget task to the republican budget of the Republic of Tatarstan as of January 31, 2023 was fulfilled by 7.2%.
