On June 2, 2017 session of anti-corruption commission at the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev took place.
In May of 2017 The state budgetary institution «Republican Property Treasury» has carried out an inspection of effective use and safety of the state property assigned on the right of operational management to the institutions subordinated to «The Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan», the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, located in the Aktanyshsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Today, on June 01, 2017 the session of certifying commission of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on certification of 11 public civil servants on compliance to posts of the public civil service on the basis of an assessment of their professional office activity has taken place.
In the general opinion of members of certifying commission all public civil servants well know normative documents and official regulations, answered questions professionally and convincingly.
By results of unanimous vote of certifying commission, all certified employees correspond to their posts.
From May 23 till May 25, 2017 State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» has carried out an inspection on effective use and safety of the state property, located in the Bavlinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan and assigned on the right of operational management to the institutions subordinated to «Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan», the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced the biddings held in an electronic form on increase in cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of the uninhabited building with the land plot located in the historic center of the city of Kazan on Butlerov St., 41.
The initial price – 13 532 432,00 (Thirteen million five hundred thirty two thousand four hundred thirty two) rubles excluding VAT.
Bid increment – 203 000,00 (Two hundred three thousand) rubles.
Date of the auction on June 21, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.
As of 24.05.2017 it was decided to include in the list of 41 131 citizens having many children who apply for the land plot (in Kazan – 9 645, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny – 5 463 applicants).
According to report of specialists of ministry’s management of land resources 31 294 land plots in the Republic of Tatarstan (including Kazan and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny) is registered in the Real Estate Cadastre. In Kazan there is 3 155 land plots is registered in the Real Estate Cadastre, in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny there is 2 622 land plots.
Total there is provided 27 463 plots of land to large families in common ownership.
On May 27 in Tatarstan the traditional nature protection action "Clean Woods of Tatarstan" organized by the Ministry of forestry of the republic has taken place.
Staff of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has brought cleannees and order in the territory of forest fund of the Vysokogorsky local forest area, near the lake «Komsomolskoye» in the settlement of Derbyshki.
On May 19, 2017 the electronic auction on sale of shares of JSC Kazan factory «Radiopribor», being in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, has taken place.
The auction was held on electronic platform of SUE «The Agency of the State Order, Interregional Communications and Investment Activity of the Republic of Tatarstan» – sale.zakazrf.ru
During trading the cost of the equity stake of JSC Kazan factory «Radiopribor» was raised for 9 090 360 rubles. The participant who has won at an auction has offered the maximum price of 110 094 400 rubles. Money will come to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Public receptions on carrying out discussions about impact of economic activity of «VSM Moscow – Kazan» on the environment have begun to work.
Public discussions will take place on June 13 in Zelenodolsk, on June 14 – in Kazan.

Since July, 2017 all appraisers will have to pass a qualification examination in three main units:
real estate appraisal;
appraisal of cost of personal estate;
appraisal of business and intangible assets and intellectual property.
