- carry out the transfer of the category of land in the land of industry and other special purposes.

For the period from September 10, 2019 to today, by the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, 43 plots with a total area of 51.5 hectares were transferred from the category of agricultural land to industrial land. The meeting discussed frequently arising problems when registering plots, a simplified procedure for registering cemeteries, as well as cemeteries located on the lands of the forest fund.

11/05/2019 adopted a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1014, which reduced the list of documents required to transfer the category of sites under cemeteries.

It is possible to translate the category of the site according to the following documents:

- application for transfer;

- consent of the owner of the site to transfer the category;

- approval of the Executive Committee on the compliance of the facility with the territorial planning documents (sample forms of these documents will be attached to the minutes of the meeting).

Following the meeting, local governments were given recommendations on the need to complete work on the design of cemeteries before the end of this year.

On October 17, 2019, the Federal Law Federal Law “On Amendments to Article 83 of the Federal Law“ On Joint-Stock Companies ”and Article 45 of the Federal Law“ On Limited Liability Companies” adopted by the State Duma and approved by the Federation Council.

From November 15, 2019, Federal Law No. 356 of November 4, 2019 comes into force.

This law specifies the conditions for approving transactions in joint stock companies and limited liability companies by the general meeting of shareholders (participants).

According to the Federal Law, it is stipulated that when making decisions on consent to an interested-party transaction, the votes of shareholders (participants of a limited liability company), which are controlled by persons interested in such a transaction, are not taken into account.

Thus, from the list of persons whose votes are taken into account when deciding on consent to conclude an interested party transaction, shareholders who are controlled entities interested in such a transaction are excluded.
