As of October 15, 2022, based on accepted applications from citizens with many children for obtaining land plots, decisions to include 71,082 applicants in the lists, including 18,056 in Kazan, and 9,187 applicants in the city of Naberezhniye Chelny were made.

Issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Closing the internship, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fanil Agliullin, noted that the training program was very rich and touched on all topical issues of the Chambers' activities. Its main advantage is the possibility of direct communication with colleagues from the ministry, discussing the entire range of problems and tasks facing leaders. The Ministry will certainly continue the practice of methodological support for municipalities, including the organization of training seminars and round tables.

On October 13, in the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, a public reception on issues of combating corruption in the field of land use was held.

Representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy, employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of the Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan on public control took part in the work of the reception.

The reception received appeals from citizens of Alkeevsky, Nurlatsky, Nizhnekamsky, Zelenodolsky municipal districts, which concerned clarification of the functioning of garden societies, compliance of buildings erected on individual land plots with land use rules and development of the territory, fraudulent actions in the turnover of share lands.

Public control is a measure for the prevention of corruption offenses. The subjects of public control in the Republic of Tatarstan are the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, public councils of municipalities and executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Yesterday, the thirty-second session of the Nizhnekamsk City Council was held in the House of Soviets of Nizhnekamsk under the chairmanship of the Deputy Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Marina Kamelina.

The main item on the agenda was the issue of approving the master plan of Nizhnekamsk, which earlier in August of this year was tested by the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

On October 7, 2022, the President of the Russian Federation signed Federal Law No. 393-ФЗ “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On Non-Commercial Organizations”.

The federal law provides for the specifics of the conclusion of major transactions by an autonomous non-profit organization, if the settlement accounts of such an organization have funds from the budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation.

It is established that a major transaction can be made only with the prior consent of the founders (founder) or the collegiate supreme governing body of an autonomous non-profit organization in the manner prescribed by the constituent documents of this organization.

On October 7, 2022, Federal Law No. 385-FZ “On Amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Recognition of Part 7 of Article 34 of the Federal Law “On Amendments to the Land Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” was signed.
