The law establishes the maximum minimum size of a land plot that is in state or municipal ownership and provided for the implementation of a peasant (farm) economy of its activities - 2.3 hectares.

 The minimum size of a new land plot formed from agricultural land is set at 2.3 hectares. If the formation of a land plot with an area equal to or more than 2.3 hectares is impossible, the minimum size of a new land plot to be formed from agricultural land is determined equal to the maximum area of a land plot that can be formed.

Today, under the chairmanship of Minister Fanil Agliullin, the meeting between the leadership of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan participating in the XLIII meeting of the Intergovernmental Council for Cooperation in Construction Activities was held in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Specialists of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan continue to work on the development of master plans, rules for land use and development of municipal districts, as well as verification of urban planning documents.

At the end of 2022, it is planned that Tatarstan will enter the pilot operation of the National Spatial Data System, already in October - a demo stand using the example of Kazan.
